A Quick Guide to Our Terms & Conditions

We want to make sure parents are aware of the key points when enrolling at Stagecoach. By booking a place, you agree to our full Terms & Conditions.

Please note:

• Fees & payments: Deposits and term fees are payable as outlined at the time of booking. Deposits become non-refundable after the applicable cancellation period.

• Automatic re-enrolment: Students are automatically re-enrolled for the following term unless written notice is given before the end of Week 6. If you do not cancel by this deadline, 50% of the following term’s fees will remain payable.

• Trial sessions: New students may be eligible for a two-session trial. If you decide not to continue, cancellation must be made within the stated timeframe following the trial.

• Absences: Unfortunately, fees cannot be refunded for sessions missed due to illness, holidays or personal choice.

• Health & safety: Please keep us updated with any medical conditions, injuries or changes to emergency contact details. Students should wear appropriate clothing and footwear, including Stagecoach uniform where required.

• Changes to classes: Occasionally, class times, venues, teachers or delivery methods may need to change due to circumstances beyond our control. We will provide as much notice as possible.

• Late collection: Students must be collected promptly at the end of their session. Repeated late collection may result in additional charges.

• Behaviour: Stagecoach reserves the right to refuse participation where a student's behaviour is considered unacceptable.

• Personal belongings: Students are responsible for their own belongings and Stagecoach cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.

Notice to Leave

Is It Time to Fly the Stagecoach Nest? 

If the time has come for your child to fly the Stagecoach nest, please remember that, in line with our Terms & Conditions, written notice must be given before the end of Week 6 of the current term.

For students wishing to leave at the end of the December term, the final date for giving notice is:

📅 Saturday 7th November

All notice must be submitted using the form below. Unfortunately, we cannot accept notice given by email, WhatsApp, verbally or through any other method.

Please be aware that if notice is received after Saturday 7th November, you will be liable for half a term’s fees if you wish to leave in December.

Alternatively, your notice can be carried forward, allowing your child to leave at the end of the following term, without incurring the half-term fee in lieu of notice.
