We’re so pleased you’ve enjoyed your two-week trial at Stagecoach! If you’d like to continue, your place is ready for you.
Here are the simple next steps to officially confirm your place and get settled into your Stagecoach journey:
Come along to your next class as normal. Even if we’re still ironing out a few details, please continue attending each week while we get everything finalised.
Drop your Principal an email to let us know that you’d like to continue and be added to the class register.
This allows us to officially confirm your place and make sure everything is set up for the rest of the term.
There are several ways to pay your Stagecoach fees, so you can choose the option that works best for your family.
Head to our Fees page to see the available payment options and find out everything you need to know.
Ready to look the part? Head over to our Uniform Shop to order everything your child needs.
Early Stages: Yellow Stagecoach T-shirt
Main Stages 1 & 2: Black Stagecoach T-shirt with the large logo (usually ages 6–10)
Main Stages 3 & Further Stages: Black Stagecoach T-shirt with the small logo 11 yrs +
Jazz shoes are also required for all Main Stages and Further Stages students.
Everything else available in the Uniform Shop is optional.
Make sure you know what’s happening throughout the term by checking our Backstage Portal. This is where you’ll find important school information, updates, events and term dates.
One last thing — save the Backstage Portal link to your phone, tablet or computer.
You’ll want to have it easily to hand throughout the term so you never miss an important update.
You’re officially part of the Stagecoach family. We can’t wait to see your child continue to sing, dance, act, grow in confidence and develop their Creative Courage For Life.
Welcome to Stagecoach!
No. We have a range of options available to help you spread the cost of your Stagecoach fees. Take a look at our Fees page for full details of the payment options available.
Following the trial, we ask all students to wear the relevant Stagecoach T-shirt, black leggings or jogging bottoms and jazz shoes where required to class.
Uniform helps our teachers keep students safe and able to move freely, while also creating a real sense of togetherness and belonging within our classes.
No. Once your child has been accepted at Stagecoach, their place is secured for them each term. There is no need to re-enrol.
If you decide that your child no longer wishes to attend, you simply need to follow our leaving and notice process outlined below.
If you decide that your child would like to leave Stagecoach, we ask that you give us notice by Week 6 of the current term of your intention to leave at the end of that term.
This allows us to plan ahead, manage class numbers and allocate places to new students.
If the required notice is not given, half a term's fees will be payable in lieu of notice, as your child's place has been reserved for them and our teaching teams and class spaces have been planned accordingly.
Notice should be given by completing the GIVE NOTICE FORM.
We would never want a student to feel that they are being forced to continue if Stagecoach is no longer right for them. However, once a student has committed to a term, we do expect the full term's fees to be covered.
This is because places are reserved specifically for students, teaching teams are allocated based on class numbers and our teachers plan material and performances around the students in their groups.
There is also a commitment to the rest of the class. During the term, students may be working on material that has been specifically allocated to them, and their attendance can be an important part of the wider team.
If you have any concerns about your child's experience or feel Stagecoach may no longer be the right fit, please speak to your Principal as soon as possible. We're always happy to have a conversation and see how we can help.
