Stagecoach Fees & Payment Options

We understand that every family has different needs when it comes to managing payments, which is why we offer a number of flexible ways to pay your Stagecoach fees.

Your termly fees remain the same, regardless of which payment option you choose.

1. Pay in Full

You can choose to pay your full term's fees at the start of the term.

• Early Stages: £186 per term

• Main Stages & Further Stages: £372 per term

2. Three Instalments

Prefer to spread the cost across the term? You can split your full term's fees into three monthly payments.

For example, during the Autumn Term, payments would be made in September, October and November.

Early Stages

• 3 payments of £62

Main Stages & Further Stages

• 3 payments of £124

A £3 administration fee applies to this payment option.

If you are paying in 3 instalments, the deadlines are:

• Instalment 1: 02/09/2026 

• Instalment 2: 07/10/2026

• Instalment 3: 04/11/2026

FOR THOSE ON TWO WEEK TRIAL 

If you are on a two week trial your insallment dates will fall later due to the completion of your trial please see below: 

• Installment 1: 12/10/26

• Installment 2: 12/11/26

• Installment 3: 12/12/26

These dates do not apply if you have paid the full term upfront or are on an agreed monthly payment plan.

Please note that missed payment deadlines may result in more frequent fee reminders and, where necessary, a pause in your child’s tuition until fees are brought up to date.

3. Monthly Direct Debit

Our Direct Debit option spreads your Stagecoach fees across 12 months, meaning your monthly payments are lower.

This does not mean you are committing to a full year of classes. Your child's place is still booked and paid for on a term-by-term basis, with our usual notice period applying if you decide to leave.

Because Direct Debit payments continue during the school holidays, there are four monthly payments allocated towards each term's fees.

Early Stages: £45.50 per month

Main Stages & Further Stages: £93 per month

If you give notice to leave at the required point in the term, you may still have a further Direct Debit payment after classes finish, as this is part of how the term's fees have been spread across the year.

Ways to Pay

Whichever payment option you choose, we have several ways for you to make your payments:

Childcare Vouchers & Tax-Free Childcare

We accept payments through childcare voucher schemes and Tax-Free Childcare.

Simply email us with the name of your childcare voucher provider and we’ll send you the information you need to make your payment.

Bank Transfer

You can pay by bank transfer using your school's specific bank details.

Click your child's school on our homepage to find the relevant payment details.

Card or Cash at Class

You can also make payments by card or cash at your Stagecoach class.

Direct Debit

If you choose our monthly Direct Debit option, simply follow the Direct Debit setup link below.

Once you've set this up, email your principal to let her know which date each month you'd like your payment to be taken.
