SHOW TERM – IMPORTANT INFORMATION - ACROSS TWO TERMS

If your child is part of Main Stages or Further Stages, this is SHOW TERM!

We are incredibly excited that, for the first time, all of our school productions will be performed in a professional theatre – The Lamproom Theatre, Barnsley.

IMPORTANT: Please visit our Showtime page for the full production schedule for all schools, important dates, what your child will need throughout the process, and information on booking tickets.

PLEASE NOTE: SHOW TERM RUNS ACROSS TWO TERMS

Rehearsals will begin in September 2026, with performances taking place in late February/early March 2027, depending on your school.

Please take the time to read the information on our Showtime page carefully so you are clear on the structure of the two-term Show Term and what this means for your child.

FEE PAYMENT UPDATE – SEPTEMBER 2026

Following our fee increase from September 2026, please ensure all payments are made at the correct rate to cover the full term’s fees.

Monthly payment amounts:

Early Stages: £46.50 per month
Main & Further Stages: £93 per month

If you are not paying your fees in full at the start of term, regular payments must be made throughout the term in line with your agreed payment plan or fee notes.

We have recently had an increase in families leaving fees until the end of term. This makes it increasingly difficult for us to manage our cash flow and means we have to spend additional time chasing outstanding fees. We kindly ask all families to ensure payments are kept up to date.

If you are paying in 3 instalments, the deadlines are:

Instalment 1: 02/09/2026
Instalment 2: 07/10/2026
Instalment 3: 04/11/2026

FOR THOSE ON TWO WEEK TRIAL

If you are on a two week trial your insallment dates will fall later due to the completion of your trial please see below:

Installment 1: 12/10/26
Installment 2: 12/11/26
Installment 3: 12/12/26

These dates do not apply if you have paid the full term upfront or are on an agreed monthly payment plan.

Please note that missed payment deadlines may result in more frequent fee reminders and, where necessary, a pause in your child’s tuition until fees are brought up to date.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – GIVING NOTICE

We’ve made a small change to how notice must be given. Our Terms & Conditions remain the same, but we have made the notice process and deadlines much clearer to avoid any confusion or grey areas.
